What types of services can be offered/requested on CampusRun?

CampusRun focuses on chore-like services that cater to the needs of college students. Services may include room cleaning, tutoring, pet sitting, laundry assistance, grocery runs, moving help, tech support, and more. Essentially, any task that students can help each other with can be offered or requested on the platform.

Can I be both a Poster and a Runner on CampusRun?

Yes! The “Posters” post tasks, while the “Runners” complete tasks. Students can use each side of the platform interchangeably.

Is CampusRun available for all college students?

CampusRun is accessible to college students across all universities and colleges in America. To join, users must sign up with their verified college email addresses to ensure the platform's exclusive and safe environment.

How does payment work on CampusRun?

CampusRun offers a secure payment system, Sptrip (used by Amazon). When a service is completed, the Poster’s account will be charged the agreed-upon amount. The funds will then be held until the service is confirmed as completed from both parties. Once completed, funds are dispersed to the Runner.

How does CampusRun ensure the safety of its users?

Safety is a top priority at CampusRun. Users are required to sign up with their college email addresses, and their profiles are linked to their educational institution. Additionally, users can publicly rate and review each other after completing a service, providing valuable feedback to the community.

Is there a fee to use CampusRun?

Signing up and using CampusRun is free. A small percentage of the transaction amount is deducted as a service fee when a service is successfully completed. This fee helps maintain and improve the platform.

How does CampusRun handle disputes between users?

In the event of a dispute, CampusRun's support team will mediate and investigate the issue impartially. They will review communication records, service details, and any evidence provided by both parties before making a fair resolution.

Why was my CampusRun account banned?

If we detect a transfer of information or cash-offers, your account will be banned. All transactions must be completed through the CampusRun app.

Can I use CampusRun beyond my college years?

CampusRun is designed specifically for college students. However, users' profiles and connections will remain accessible after graduation, allowing them to stay in touch and support each other even as they move into the professional world.
